twoggle, is there a part of the paragraph from the SEC filings below that do you not understand that LBWR says that it will issue common stock to fund operations?

"We intend to raise additional capital through an offering of our Common Stock or other securities to provide additional working capital to fund the expansion of operations throughpan acquisitions and the addition of new clients through marketing efforts and joint ventures with other service organizations."
