"Right. Now you're a military expert, too."

Not an expert, no. But I do have an interest in weapon systems and the technologies involved.

Lobbing single rockets, and most of them have been some variant of the Qassam, is a pretty pointless exercise from a military point of view. It is the equivalent of hurling rocks but with more range.

Now, it is an act of terrorism. And it is disruptive. But, what about the blockade that Israel has placed around Gaza? You know, the one that they agreed to lift because of the ceasefire? Yet somehow never got around to actually doing? Now keeping a people on the edge of starvation might not be terrorism, but it isn't what most people would consider neighborly...

Nor are cross-border excursions during a ceasefire. It sort of makes a mockery of a ceasefire, you know?

You like to pretend that Israel was just minding their own business while the Palestinians were waging a terror campaign against them. That isn't the truth. I will grant you that the Palestinians did not respond in the best possible manner, but the Israelis weren't exactly being great guys either.
