ACFN hAS been trying to form a base since the L at $1.30 on Nov20. The previous "day reversal" on Oct10 didn't help the stock. The insiders have been consitent buyers at higher prices. The stock is trading around 0.30xBV with a +CF >$3 and insignificant LTD (Based on IBD's data, which is diffeerent from YHOO. <g>) The stock is up 11% today on low volume. Bernard
