you misunderstood me. What i said is that since the public wont tolerate WW2 type wars that involve civilian casualties, it could become more, not less, likely that nukes will be used. It would be easier for a govt to take the flak, if the enemy has been wiped out as opposed to watching a conventional brutal war on TV 7X24. Remember when iraq got hairy and public opinion changed in a heartbeat. Because israel is so hated, they have about a week to get stuff done but if they dont get it done, they could face an existential threat one day that they can only destroy by surprise and with nukes. The danger of iran might not be the destruction of israel but the destruction of iran. Just hyptheticals and brainstorming here.
