I thought I posted my answer but obviously I was having a senior moment so I will repeat.

The brokers are playing the oldest game in the brokerage business called the "circle game", as they have been setting up that 500,000 share total of two trades. They create an environment of activity in a stock that has little real volume or much outside interest except for the few in on the deal. The circle is the trading going from broker to broker which in this case was to drive the stock into oblivion then when they enough shares, run the stock. They have already made a glorious profit while we have been sitting her with our thumb up the nearest orifice.
My interest historically was in the trades that totaled a half
million shares. As I recall there was a Canadian bank in the acquisition of our Canadian division. Maybe someone had used stock for loan or the bank had to raise some cash quick. Christmas for Ramtron Share holders was the 30th of Dec. By then everything that could be stolen was gone, with a lot of my shares included. But with the recent rise in share price it helps the brokers to meet net capitol requirements and loosens that drag around the neck. Look at the graph I have attached. Set it for three months on a line and you can see how the stock was held down for the half a million shares then
sort of a blast off.
