I have to disagree with you in terms of Oracle growing their margins. While true the product margins may be shrinking, the consulting margins are growing and becoming a bigger part of the overall revenue. In my opinion, i feel sybase's 10% is not that healthy. Look at microsoft's net. this quarter it was close to 40% after tax and i think will still grow. I think long term oracle's maargin will grow if they concentrate and expand their business on the higer margin areas. Then again this is my opinion which you may disagree again with.
