Sure, the rule may allow anyone to be seated, you don't have to be a Senator to sit there for the time being, as any visiting tourist would be seated for the day or week, but the guy is still not a real Senator without the signature of the Illinois Secretary of State... doesn't this guy have any sense of propriety himself, isn't he the slightest bit embarrassed about all of it? The OBVIOUS FACT is that this clown blago is making a mockery of the system and a mockery of this poor clown by sending him to the lions in an act of arrogant defiance to the people of Illinois... blago is nothing more than a wise ass street puck... he reminds me of oj simpson, birds of a feather... GZ
