Nothing has been changed so far and right now we are just collecting ideas prior to next round. As I said before, without our $5 limit for shorts, I would have been wildly into Israeli MTLK. I have known those guys including some of the founders for years and the penny stock is still fully listed at NASDAQ for reasons I don't understand. No changes of rules during this game.
