If he had won (versus having stolen it) I would be over it. I wouldn't give a flip.

But the facts point very sharply to Franken's having stolen the election, or at least to a reasonable likelihood of it.

The 25 precincts with more votes cast than voters who signed in are the biggest problem, intuitively. But also, there are the rejected absentee ballots that there apparently was no reason for them to have been rejected. Were it not for these issues I would just accept that Minnesota, a liberal state, elected a liberal Senator.

It is important for this process to play out. Democrats will steal an election if given a chance.
