Go 3 months with 0 and you won't be craving one at all.

I quit for three months, one year and three weeks. The last time has been 17 years so far. I found that any cigarettes in the first year caused cravings. After about fifteen months the reignited cravings were very mild. After about two years the reignited cravings ceased. The last cigarette I had was a couple years ago and it gave me a rush and headache like the first cigarettes ever. There probably won't be a next time.
