I think if Israel gave back EVERY BIT of land they've taken from the Pals, they'd have a lot more moral standing.

Ain't gonna happen. There are 5-6 million people inside the Green Line now, most of whom had nothing to do with the whole mess. I think they should be able to keep it, but not the WB and Gaza. However, if the Israeli Arabs do gain enough in number to vote down the Jewish character of the state, I'm fine with that.

For Gaza and the WB to succeed as an independent state they have to connect.....for efficiency purposes. Going through Israel every time to get from one to the other will not work. That means there has to be some expansion of their land area.
