Is Tzipi Livni or Ehud Barak personally leading the charge in Gaza?

To be fair - they are at least in one of the two countries under attack - not hiding in a third country.

How is that fair? They are in Jerusalem or Tel Aviv outside the reach of Hamas rockets.
