My friend who is a broker loves Silicon Valley Group. He thinks it is a good candidate for a takeover because they have such good technology. By the way, I think you may be right about AMAT in the short term. I am going to wait to buy more until it rebounds from the bottem. If you check out the LRCX thread, it seems that they have still had high demand in the far east. What I think this means is that by Nov, the Semi equipement makers will have rebounded. Good luck with all your investments, Dan PS- one to watch is TPRO- I have made a killing on it, and still think it is the best call in my portfolio.
