Ralph: Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. No, the attorney I spoke with did not give any sort of timetable for anything, including court dates or settlements. He did say, however, that they are due back in court later this month to address Ride's request that the suit be dropped (either it will or will not be dropped at this time). If it is not dropped, then the suit will go forward... regards, JS
