web, even SKS acknowledges that the esign game is peanuts, relatively, b-to-b or b-to-c; for the forseeable future, the number of contracts is not huge and, at a small per transaction esign fee, e-signatures will not save wave's ass.
nice try but, esign is a valuable asset for wave only because SKS got it at a fire-sale price by buying out of bankruptcy -- i.e., any revenue kelly purcell, who pilots esign, generates is gravy, as there's no substantial ongoing development and operating costs like there was for the tvtonic/mike sprague vortex.
sorry web, but the esign play is marginal at best, in terms of revenue |
