Greetings. I, too, like DXO and own a little. I profited from DTO in the summer and fall. I have been hearing some commentators say to be wary of the double ETF's. What is this about? There is some comments to the effect that they are okay for day trading but have to act counter to the market in deleterious ways over time that impact the value.

When I got into DTO I was also considering DUG, which for a while was outperforming DTO in the initial stages of the oil price collapse. DUG has behaved rather strangely, indeed, in comparison with DTO. You would have actually lost money in DUG if you bought and held since July. Is this any reflection of the concerns that I am hearing about the 2X ETF's? I hoping to learn what is behind these concerns about the 2X ETS's.

By the way, thanks for your comments. I always appreciate opportunities to learn from knowledgeable investors like you.

Cheers!
