Likely. Still, if Israel never intended on doing their part, why agree in the first place? When Hamas did their part, and Israel didn't, it makes them look bad.

That is, unless you are willing to make up the details of what actually happened. Which seems to be what he is doing.

If people are going to discuss this issue, they need to try to do it based on something else than just propaganda.
