I got a very nice shipment of resin incense yesterday, including two kinds of church incense, one Roman Catholic and one Orthodox.

Pontifical Blend:

Gloria Church:

I also got some very nice, if pricey, sandalwood chips:

Chris is more into the white sage smudge sticks. He also likes Tibetan singing bowls.

I like books and videos featuring the Dalai Lama, myself. I also like CDs of Gregorian chants.

And then there are statues, candles, crystals, rosaries, prayer beads, books, all depending on your point of view.

I suppose my point is that religious and ceremonial paraphernalia are sold in markets, just like other goods, be it candles, oil, herbs, salt, statues, or what have you.

Whether these are luxuries, necessities, or frivolities I will leave to personal taste.
