Thx Dale. I wasn't specific, but my thought was distressed debt for commercial real estate...as many institutional investor funds have been raising capital and waiting on the sidelines to fill lack of available credit for all the debt rolling over in the near future. chicagorealestatedaily.com These funds are expected to be big performers, but alas are only open to pension funds and institutions. The time is ripe now. How does the little guy play? I have just begun investigating this as I'd like to allocate some of the portfolio here.
