Sands,

that statement really shows that you don't even know what the company does. Their core business is compliance, and that is not optional - it's the law!

I believe the business is growing, and that the coming quarters will show a very healthy company with high margins. If that is true, and they give the stock some more attention, then I think it could do very well.
