I think they are really upset because israel has clearly won the military side of the conflict. With hizbo, israelis under defense secy Peretz walked into a buzzsaw. Here, militarily they did all the right things. The PR war was something they were going to lose anyway, so do the best you can regarding collateral damage, hold your nose, turn off CNN and accomplish your goals. Whats really interesting is how transparent iran, lebanon, hizbo and syria have been in letting israel know hamas was on its own.
