RE: "Assuming stock valuations at or lower than now, what do you anticipate doing should AMAT provide less than positive guidance for fiscal 98?"

The two key phrases are "at or lower" and "less than positive." Without further quantification, I would sell some the next day, especially those in my tax-deferred account and I would buy when prices reached my entry levels.
