To All: I am a Florida attorney. The E-mail we have been receiving, specifically the one from Charles F. Mehler (I believe the former CEO of the company) references legal action filed in Palm Beach Circuit Court, in Florida. I am in this court house every day. All court files are public record. I have sent one of my associates to the court house to pull the file and make copies. I will get to the bottom of this and let you all know. QSTI has given me their side of the story concerning all of the E-Mails, which I have been reading to Mike Russo. Basically, Ex-Employees venting. I will let you all know what I find. It may take me a few days to sift through it all, depending on how thick the file is.
