Pretty much look for it to be sold/shorted. The data would have to be spectacular to hold.

Regarding pirfenidone, expectations are low even though it's approved in Japan. IPF is a graveyard doesn't help. If it works the stock will go crazy, might be worth a rounding error amount of calls.
