I don't think too much is read into what companies do. I'm not saying that's the case here but without people taking 191 seriously the downside risk isn't small even at $9. Show some amazing data and a safe compound, who knows, maybe perception changes and shorts will cover.

I voted it bombs but I also bought a few out of the money calls just in case. Move up won't be small if it works.

fwiw, there's a website, huff n puff that has a ton of ipf patients posting. For the actimmune pivotal study there was a good dozen+ in the pivotal study. For pirfenidone, just one poster. Not sure what it means, maybe more enrollment is ex-US?
