commercial real estate hardly down at all, but will soon start to spiral, downward, vortex-ing, gurgling, as unemployment picks up, thus dispensing with requirements for malls and offices and such frivolous luxuries farming requires not much commercial real estate in so far as i can discern from history books imo, the empire is caught in an all-engulfing once-every-3-centuries grand-down-cycle, and we will see lower highs and lower lows, all the way back, and then back some more, i figure, especially against all the noble metals, because the nobles are fair.
