This will be a test to see if greenism is really going the ay of the Dodo bird... As the human population expands, and we have a few more environmental disasters, anything not green will go the way of the dodo bird. Really. The big "export" the USA has is that it's not cluttered up like Japan and other high population concentration centres, it has a high standard of environment protection compared to may countries. That makes it's real estate attractive. Who wants to live in a sewer? Check the real estate prices in your area and the message is crystal clear.
