*OT* On HYSW, their 10-K (fresh off the press late Sept 97) says that for a variety of factors, the Sept Qtr is always the slowest. So that's why the sequential decrease. What matters in this case is the year-over-year comparison. In the 10-K, they list out a whole bunch of their clients, and they include the likes of CPQ and MSFT. If the company wants to expand the number of "seats", they have to pay HYSW more money. Also if they want to keep current with the latest versions, there is an annual maintenance fee. I've printed out the whole 10-K and read the majority of it.
