Isn't it amazing that after all these years, that is so right on? This stupid PC world that's been inflicted on us would prevent a show like that getting on TV today. But it's okay for rap videos that promote cop murders, vile language, abuse of women, etc., gets primetime play. Gangstas are idolized and copied. I remember back when thinking my folks were so out of it for making fun of R&B and rock and roll (50s). My dad grudgingly admitted that Elvis had a good voice, but said he was immoral for what he was doing on stage - those suggestive moves. Even Pat Boone's Daddeo was pushing it, but he was at least tolerated. We got in trouble for bleaching a blond streak in our bangs - I mean trouble - it was not only cut off - it was shaved off. ....Those were the days. LOL
