Yes Spekulatius, what you say raises questions as well as doubts as to AOB's concern for shareholders.

Looking at their past 5 Annual reports they've shown healthy, ongoing increases in their EPS, yet none of that has been passed on as dividends.

Quite often directors will say that they can do better for their shareholders by "investing" that potential dividend revenue in the business. Buffett is an example in that regard. However, I doubt that AOB's directors are in the same league as Buffett !!

Maybe someone should stand up at AOB's next AGM and ask several pertinent questions in this regard !!
