SOME of them will be survivors/beneficiaries of this regime.

(Note: with a NASDAQ-maintained index out there now, it probably will not be long before someone introduces a fund that is based on the index... then you will be able to invest in, or short it if that is your preference, this grab-bag of government-investments-receiving companies. :-)
