SC, I like Apf due to the low price. I read in a Forbes article that mgt. had "heard the shareholders loud and clear" after the last rip off rights offering, so I called and asked the question. They didn't put anything in writing, but I would be very surprised if they picked shareholder pockets again over the next 18 months. MB
