The contractors are rubbing their hands with glee at the prospect of infrastructure spending to save the USA economy. They will NOT be offering discounts. They'll be doubling their prices and making hay while the sun shines and taxpayers and savers are robbed by politicians. Everyone should be starting "infrastructure" companies and touting projects to their local politicians to "save the economy and create 'jobs'". Mqurice
