Those numbers for China are completely messed up. RMB 25.8 per month is not 4.66 per hour. Maybe they meant RMB 25.8 per day. RMB0.69 is not USD 0.25... Few people in the US earn minimum wage, therefore it has little impact on overall wage flexibility.
