I think the time is now to give farmers a secondary crop (perhaps thus making fruits and vegetables cheaper), to enable them to plant hemp all over the planet and let the oil from the hemp seeds run our automobiles. Remember, hemp grows on marginal lands and has a short growth cycle.

If they wanna speculate, let 'em speculate on hemp--lol!
