I'd be totally surprised if there are any controversies surrounding Bush last-minute pardons. Just not his style. If he wanted to pardon someone, it would happen through the normal process (not sold to the highest bidder, as Democrats do) and with the normal review criteria stringently adhered to.

I still cannot believe that Clinton did what he did. Literally, an affront to the American system of criminal justice.

And now Obama puts the guy who let it happen in charge of the DOJ?

Democrats are crooked. Always have been, always will be.
