The number one role of the Federal Government since its formation---------I repeat the no. one role of the Federal Government is protection and defense of the country. President Bush rose to the challenge of the Jihadist Terrorist that bombed the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and killed the brave Americans in the plane in Pennsylvania.
