Good to see you back- interested in hearing more about your experience on the West coast. From what I've heard investors have become active here again, especially in the lower ranges of particular markets. Da wife been buggin me to look for a second home and says my stocks suck- they're dishonest like those crooks at SAY. I kinda agree, nothin' more transparent than a wall you can tear open yourself eh?
