Is there anything left to say about RE that hasn't been covered here ad nauseum up stream? As they say, all that is left is the shouting.

What makes me go under ground for long periods are when I see one more round of "who is at fault" which always ends up as a partisan pissing match when there is plenty of blame to go around to everyone involved or yet another discussion about "Prop 13" effects on CA RE which conjures up Lizzie and her extreme distaste for the way the generation in front of her has supposedly benefited.

Just writing the words Prop 13 makes me want to take a 30 day hiatus.
