HRP sounds good, but I am an illiterate on Real Estate. The common dividend cut is good for the preferreds, though the buyback is not, but the buyback may never happen. But if there is another test of the low, especially if unsuccessful, I am sure it can be bought cheaper. My plan right now is to wait for such a test after the Obama euphoria dies down.
