"The assertion you are making above is not logical, ask Jack chit-lol. In economics it is called the fallacy of "That is therefore because of this"; or Post hoc ergo proptor hoc".

There is no way to determine if the increased military spending had anything to do with the fall of Russia. You cannot just make those assrtions out of the clear blue sky.
