I disagree. The people have discovered they can vote themselves the keys to the treasury. The best solution is to get rid of the corrupt members of Congress. Unfortunately they control the democrat majority in both houses of Congress. Thus only through term limits can they be constantly purged as they gain enough power to really benefit from their corruption.

Voters have taken care of most of the corrupt Republicans while returning the most corrupt democrats.
