I already said that the article provided "no details" relating to what the government defined as "part time" or "full time work" --- or where the dividing line is between the two... or if, in fact, the dividing line has changed over the years.

(So, if you can find out what the line is, and if it has changed over the years --- for example if the LBJ era changes affected it --- then PLS let me know!)
