the script for the game, to be played perfectly, requires a choreographed shifting amongst the assets cash => stock => real estate => gold => cash => stock => real estate, all the while modulating leverage from zero to xxx% and back down to zero and then back up to xxx%
and, i do not believe anyone can play it that perfectly
if not played perfectly (timing, leverage amount), financial death
crazy game, where few are allowed to win, fewer still allowed to keep the winnings, so many ways to perish, and the rules keep changing against you
