I am perfectly capable of saying what I mean to say for my self. Whatever you add, followed by the conclusions you draw from what you've added, is entirely your own. If you find spinning other people's words and drawing conclusions from them, interesting. So be it.

Do you find the statement 'children are legitimate targets,' by a leader, any leader directing forces, to be acceptable?

I doubt you will answer. But mark the conclusion I drew anyway, 'loss of world sympathy'...at least as it can be associated with that comment.
