Joe, I didn't have time today to talk to the former TA, as you might imagine. But let's assume the TA wanted to get out more certificates than their printers could handle, or there was a printer failure. If I owned the business, I'd do whatever it takes to get them out the door. I'm not saying that is the real answer, but it could make a lot of sense. I can ask about specifics if anyone here can give me the certificate numbers and dates. I'm really not sure it is an issue, but I'll try to find out.
