Purchases don't have to be in the open market to be relevant -- the other recent Form 4 filings were highly relevant -- but these are not purchases at all. Still, anything LWLG does these days is likely to be somehow related to meeting their current or anticipated financing needs. If they want to give these guys the opportunity to put in $10,000 apiece for 40,000 shares, that's fine with me.
