I remember your dealings in Cape Coral for your dad some years ago.

I did not look at the listing, just the location as that is always most important to me. That area as you know has had a reputation for many years but the boom, especially for entry level homes like these, ignored everything but the money they were going to make. Ninja loans were the rule in this area according to a mortgage banker I know who has now resumed her former career as a massage therapist <G>. MP
