Of course I know what I am talking about. Talk comes from knowing the meaning of what is in one's mind and finding words to express that meaning. Which I did in an excellent manner, on this occasion. In this case, 'the targeting of innocent lives' for political convenience, influence, fame, fortune, notoriety, power, to gain real estate, or for economic benefit, etc ... also known as terrorism, is what I was talking about. Something you just gleefully endorsed, so I talked about that too.
