What a horrible document! Lots of 10Q's contain boilerplate warnings, but this must be a record of some kind.

I'll print it out and re-read it when I get cold feet, in this empty hangar here.
I still marvel at a business model that, if it is to be truly commercial-free, eliminates the single source of revenue that powers all the other entertainment media in the known universe.
I also wonder at Loral's willingness to invest here, but the satellites they will theoretically launch are multi-purpose units, with transponders that can do a LOT of other stuff. If CDRD croaks, who gets the orbiting marbles? Does their license revert, or is it a marketable asset? Ever wonder if this is just a scam to finance the launch, and that the hardware will eventually end up in another corner entirely,-after the investor's pockets are enpty?
